What to expect at Chat on the Mat
Chat on the mat is a 10-week behavioural change course. It is a unique opportunity for men to develop fitness, enhance their social connections, improve mental wellbeing and enrich the lives they lead.
Judo is central to all that goes on within Chat on the mat with activities to promote the development of new skills (throws, turnovers & hold downs), time for socialising and a motivational guest speaker.
There will also be opportunities to help promote your clarity of purpose and direction, while challenging your own limiting beliefs and self-talk. This programme is designed to move you from where you are now to where you want to be.
